Saturated and water resistant, this formula has the precision of a pencil with the ease of a gel. This high-performance gel liner also has a built-in sharpener on the end. Win-win!

Glide across lash line effortlessly. Blend out quickly to achieve a diffused, smokey look or leave as is for a defined, bold look. After using, press cap in place to ensure it is air tight. Sharpen liner when needed using sharpener on the end.
