Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate:

A stable form of vitamin C and considered an analogue of L-ascorbic acid. Unlike pure vitamin C (ascorbic acid), tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate is lipid (fat) soluble. Research shows this form of vitamin C has a greater benefit to skin due to its fatty acid component, which helps aid skin penetration. It pairs well with other forms of vitamin C and retinol to enhance effectiveness.

Acetyl Hexapeptide-8:

A solution of the anti-wrinkle hexapeptide with a botulinum, toxin-like action. It reduces the depth of the wrinkles on the face caused by the contraction of muscles through facial expression, especially in the forehead and around the eyes.

Laminaria Ochroleuca Extract:

A brown algae (also known as ‘golden seaweed’) rich in epidermis cell protection, UV-induced inflammation reduction, inflammatory amplification reduction, sunburned cell reduction, DNA protection and anti-dehydration properties.

Aquaxyl:

A hyaluronic acid booster, known for its anti-aging and hydrating qualities. It optimises the circulation of water through all skin layers. It can limit water loss through its barrier, which is reinforced in 24 hours. This barrier retains water through its essential lipids.

Squalene:

Extracted from olive oil, squalane is 100% plant-derived. This ingredient closely resembles sebum, the protective oil created naturally by the body. When applied topically, squalane delivers superb barrier protection, preventing moisture loss and providing a shield from environmental damage without a weighty afterfeel. The ingredient's humectant properties also aid the penetration and retention of other beneficial ingredients. With added antibacterial benefits, squalane leaves the skin with a softer texture and a smoother appearance.

Ubiquinone Coenzyme Q10:

Prevents oxidative stress in human skin cells and protects from chronological and photoaging of dermal fibroplasts. It reduces the negative effects of photoaging, demonstrated by reducing the depth of wrinkles.

Sodium Hyaluronate:

A salt form of skin-replenishing ingredient hyaluronic acid. Considered more effective for skin than pure hyaluronic acid due to its greater compatibility.
