SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are typically processed within 2 - 3 business days. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order ships.

If by any chance the product you ordered is out of stock, you will receive an email.

Standard for orders under €100,00

Free delivery for orders more then €100,00 if you use the code: FREESHIPPING

Please note if you marked 'Free Pick Up At Office', your order will not be send. If your order is over €100, you have to enter the code FREESHIPPING

 

NETHERLANDS: €7,00 no free shipping

GERMANY: €8,00 no free shipping

FRANCE: €9,00 no free shipping

REST OF EUROPE: €20,00 no free shipping

OUTSIDE EUROPE: €25 no free shipping

 

PICK UP IN OFFICE

Free pick up at our office in Hasselt after appointment, please mail to hello@blos-shop.com after you ordered.

We have no fixed opening hours or days. 

Orders can NEVER be picked up on Saturday or Sunday or on weekdays after 17u.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items sold at discount (sale or with promotional codes) are eligible for exchanges only.

SHIPPING

Please contact hello@blos-shop.com to request return details. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All approved returns must be sent back to us with a trackable shipping method.
