Binu Binu Black Charcoal Soap

25.00

This detoxifying black body soap is inspired by the purification ceremonies of modern-day Korea’s female shamans, known as Mudang, revered for their wisdom as healers of both body and mind. It’s made with activated charcoal; essential oils of lavender, Himalayan cedarwood, and clary sage; shea and cocoa butters; coconut, castor, olive, and sweet almond oils, for a soothing but, thorough invigorating cleanse. It leaves your skin so soft, moisturized, nourished, and of course, deeply purified.

HOW TO USE:

Wet face and hands. Create a lather in your hands and smooth over skin, massaging in circular motions. Splash warm water on your face to remove.

BLOS SAYS:

Binu Binu soaps are made by hand in small batches to ensure quality.  Products may show slight variance from photos due to their handmade nature.  To extend the life of your soap, keep dry between use by using a draining soap dish.

For all skin types.

WHY BINU BINU?

Binu Binu is a collection of modern soaps inspired by the ritual of the Korean public bath, a place free of vanity and inhibition and where generations are brought together in the simple act of cleansing.  The formulas are based on the idea of daily ritual, intergenerational bonding, and the infamous Korean scrub treatment "Seshin," a vigorous, pragmatic and extremely effective exfoliating treatment that can be found at the baths.

Binu Binu uses 100% natural plant botanical ingredients and essential oils, including a base of "boricha" in all of the soaps, the Korean roasted barley tea which has a place in the household as important as water.

INGREDIENTS:

Saponified oils (Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, Castor Oil), Boricha, Activated Charcoal, Lavender Essential Oil, Cedar Essential Oil, Clary Sage Essential Oil.
